I was arrested when I told the officer that I hit my ex-boyfriend. He had thrown a blanket over me and grabbed me. I fought back out of fear. My roommate intervened and my ex left before the police arrived. My ex threatened me if I told the police anything that got him in trouble, so I didn't know what to tell them. I got arrested because I said I hit my ex. My ex gave no statement, hasn't been in contact with the prosecutor, and there isn't any evidence that I did anything but protect myself. My roommate was there and is a witness. Can I possibly be found guilty for protecting myself?

Since July we have had a scorpion problem. We have continuously notified the office by letter each time we find a scorpion, we have even brought some into the office. The manager agreed to let us break our lease without payment on our behalf with a 30 day notice. 5 days after the agreement was made that manager had been let go and a new manager took over who had no idea about the agreement. Now they are saying the old manager did not take the proper steps to let us break our lease and refuses now to let us leave. We have 3 children under 8,I am pregnant and my husband was stung. What now?

I wish to sell my mobile home located in a MH Park. The Owner of the park told me I have to sell it to him under the "Right of First Refusal" Law. I do not want to sell it to him, as he will use it as a rental. He is using this ROFR for personal gains. I have a buyer already. Does he have the right to force me to sell it to him under this ROFR? He has this written in current Rules and Regulations for tenants. He has already obtained two MH’s from owners by using this statement, and is now renting them out. Is this legal?
