I have filed a petition to modify custody and have been denied a hearing. How long before I can re-file?

I have a witness that has offered to testify at my criminal trial. I believe he will show up. Do I have to subpoena him to make sure the prosecutor doesn't try to disallow his testimony? Since I am representing myself, if I am required to subpoena him, do I request the subpoena through the court clerk in Gilbert?

I have temp custody of my grandson, his mother has supervised visitation. I offered to supervise these visits based on the discussion in court. Take him to chucky cheese or something to play and he is visiting with mom. SToday is our first visit and I while she will not anwser me regarding her plans. I know she is planning to have her boyfriend and a number of others to her home where she has requested to visit with her son. I am not at all comfortable with this situation but am not sure what I can do.

My daughter is incarcerated at the Mohave county jail and has been for three or so months. Her attorney filed a rule 11 in her case. What is that? And they are trying to find her incompentate to stand trail. She has a mental disorder and they have her on lock down 24 hours a day. I cant have visits with her at all. And they told me to call first and when I do they say yes she can have a visit but when I get there they (visiting receptionist) tells me sorry the pod or she is on lockdown. what can I do about this?

I was arrested for several checks that had bounced on a business account I was a signer for but it wasn't my account. The business paid the full amount of the bounced checks and it was dismissed by the judge, but it is still showing as a felony charge on my record and I can't even get an apartment because of this charge. How do I remove this from my record?
