QUESTIONS

  • How is spousal support(alimony)figured?
  • I had a job as a property manager which one of the perks was a free apartment. I was arrested off property for an non-work related reason. I spent four days in jail. The charges were later dropped. When I returned from jail, I was fired and locked out of my apartment. I believe it was wrongful termination, but that's another matter. My question is even though I was an employee, am I still not covered under the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act? I think I should have had a 10 day Notice to Vacate.
  • My landlord requires that all rv's or travel trailers pay four summer months up front in order to stay the summer. The rest of the year we pay month to month. The permanent large trailers do not have to do this. Is this legal?

We have filed for permanent custody. Because my husband had sole custody would he have had automatic custody of the kids? They have lived with us for 3 years with their father. We also had guardianship of the kids for a year before father retained sole custody
  • i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars.   • My property management company called me yesterday and informed me that I need to go to court for an eviction today.? I NEVER received any summon in the mail and was never severed. I made a partial payment($600 as opposed to the 668 rent amount) via our tenant portal last Friday with a prepaid debit card. My property management company told me yesterday that it hasn t posted even tho I confirmed with the prepaid company yesterday and the tenant portal shows it s cleared. Will a judge grant the eviction?
