  • Can you end a lease early if the place you live is not safe? (gun shotting and domestic violence in the area) If you do end a lease early ..what is the fee there are allowed to charge you?
  • A professional evaluated the reason why only 1/2 my rented apt works correctly. The fuse box is dangerously wired. Now after 11 months, due to the apt may catch on FIRE at any given moment I'm forced to move-out. Do I have any compensation rights?
  • Can my landlord continue to fine me HOA fees for a dead tree in my yard? I looked at my leases and it says I’m responsible for yard maintenance but paying to have a whole tree cutdown doesn’t seem like maintenance to me.   • My lease expires on Sept 30th, which is a Sunday. The property management company says I have to be out on Friday the 28th with no walk through,or, Thursday the 27th if I want to be present at the walk through. Is this true?

Myself and roommates were helping the family by letting them use our personal items not knowing about anything like this, they never disclosed that they might be evicted. what do we need to do and when will the renters be able to come back to move their stuff and give us back our stuff?   • During my current 6 months of employment, I was hired as a 1099 employee and then transitioned to a W2 employee (paid salary + commission)and then forced back to a 1099 employee by my employer. Despite earning commissions from the first month of employment, I have yet to be paid any commissions. They initially told me I they would pay them and then they ignored by requests for payment. Can an employer withhold and deny paying earned commissions and if so, how long. Are they subject to any penalties or fines for will fully with holding earned commission? What can I do?
  • My landord put me out for a whole week for repairs on my patio. They did provide me housing. I was only prepare to be out for a day or two. Thats what they told me. It turned into a week. I spend alot of money and short on my rent. They don't want to compensate me for the trouble. What can i do?
  • Was approved last year for Ahcccs Medical in July and our income went up $28 in January this year, SS disiblilty increase. I could not make the change online so I called and someone over the phone, end of Dec, being proactive, do not want to be w/o coverage, they did a new app. I received a note on Feb. 20th saying that it was denied, I was $12 over the income limit, although the new income limits online for Feb. 1 have gone up and I fit in those limits. I called and explained, but no. Applied on marketplace and a yes for reg plan. Can Accchs cancel and leave me w/o any ins. till plan starts?
