We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement. But my Husband and I have been living here for about 4/5 years now we pay the lot rent and the utilities. He knows we're here but every time our son comes to visit he always stops him and gives him a hard time which then he comes at us with mailed forms for instance telling us we can't be here after knowing we're here and I own the trailer. There's a lot more as well.. Need legal advice.. This is our home.

The property management company was aware that there is a mentally ill and violent criminal in our condo complex. I did not know this. My boyfriend and I have never been married and have two children together. We were in the process of separating when he raped me. I left the house with our two kids. I filed a sexual assault case against him with the police. He is now harassing me about wanting our kids to spend the night at his house. I’m not comfortable and neither are my kids with him taking him. Can I refuse for him to have our kids over night because of him raping me?

I received an eviction notice on my door at 8pm, after returning home from work, on November 25th. The court date is set for Dec.1st. This gave me no time to request off from work. The only 2 business days are Friday and Monday. They sent me a 5 day notice certified mail, but the part I am supposed to sign is already removed. This has happened before. I have received this before the same way. My question is what to do about my court date when I am already scheduled to work on the 1st. Is it legal to allow 2 business days before receiving eviction papers and court date?

My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.
