  • WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies?   • I have been renting this house for the past 18 months. April 25th a man showed up at the door and said that he is the owner of the house and said that my family and I have 10 days to vacate the house. He had a piece of paper with some other name on it and a different address. He crossed out that name and address and put my name and address.   • I have two children with my ex we were never married he is actually still married to another woman. He signed the acknowledgment of paternity for my youngest daughter who is now 3 years old.   • Was arrested Friday at 2100 hours for aggressive assault D.V. in Arizona, I live in another state. Had my pre-hearing, the victim did not show up. Was told about the infraction and what can happen and given a bond. The judge stated that after 48 hours, if the there was no filing the case would be drop. The sheet from the court states the 48 hours on the bottom of the sheet. Can the state uphold what is on the sheet from the judge's court order. And if 48 hours has gone by, is the case dropped?
  • I rent a mobile home that has a large front and back yard. My landlord is always on the property and coming over unannounced. I understand I rent from him but how much privacy am I entitled to? The landlord also has a storage shed that sits behind the mobile home. We don't use. The neighbor next door comes over whenever he pleases and uses the storage shed. He says the landlord lets him use it. I feel like I have no privacy whatsoever!
  • On 12/30, I entered into a lease in which it was discussed, agreed to, and I signed the addendum added regarding having a satellite dish on the property. It states that in compliance with FEDERAL Communication Commission, I had that right. On 1/3, Rey C of Satellite compny came out to help me exercise my right and was told by management that he couldn't install my dish, because they are issuing a notice to all residents that they need to have dishes removed. I was assessed fees for early termination of $360, and move in fee of $199. This blatantly a breach of contract, and violates federal law. Help
  • My son's father and his girlfriend had a domestic violence incident in his home where she broke glass, furniture, and physically assaulted him. The police came. My 5 year old son was in the home at the time. I would like to get a restraining order against her for my son. I don't want my son to be exposed to that again. She has also been harrassing me via hundreds of texts, phone calls, social media messages, etc. Do I have enough to file for a restraining order against her for my son? My concern is for my son's safety.
