We have not been able to reach an agreement on custody and temporary orders included that joint physical custody be granted. In addition, there are "parentling evaluations" scheduled . I've been working for an individual for 7 years off and on. In order to get my invoices paid, we have an agreement (verbal) that I scrap some of his stuff and apply it to the invoice, been doing just that for over 3 years now. Last week I scraped some Stainless boxes and applied the monies to my running invoice, just like I've been doing for years. Now he's accusing me of stealing from him and is threating to have me arrested for stealing his stuffs. What should I do about this ? I've never been arrested and don't want to start now at my age. I didn't take his stuff with any intent.

My grandson's mom died, dad-my son- was in prison. Baby was living with my ex-husband (step grandfather), and he said state makes inmates sever parental rights-pushed him to sign voluntarily so he could adopt. He said if I interfere State may place the boy for adoption by strangers and I was not even being considered as adoptive placement. CPS, Foster Care board and courts wouldn't call me back to confirm. Ex husband said if I interfere we lose the boy forever so I stopped. Son died last year. Exhusband will no longer let me see my grandson. I think he lied-manipulated us and State acted inappropriately

My ex-husband and I divorced in 1992 in KS and had 3 minor children at the time. My ex rarely paid his support and actually owes his children thousands of dollars. The question: the children are adults who have been residents of AZ for many years. They now really need funds and I'm unable to help. How would I initiate an audit of monies owed, and where do I start since none of us have been residents of KS for many years. My ex resides in SC. I have been told there are no time limitations to child support.

We rented a home in Maricopa and had the AC unit go out approx. 8 times in 3 months. Every time the property management company would file a claim with the home warranty company. . We had to buy our own window AC to stay cool. Only twice were we offered a hotel. Combined between myself and my husband we had to take off 10 days from work to accommodate the repair man. The repair man said from the start that the unit needed to be replaced but it never was. Our AC bills were as high as 700 dollars due to the issues. Do we have a case in small claims court?
