QUESTIONS

  • I see a lot of doctrine that establishes the means of acquiring a Protection Order, but I see nothing in regards to the ramifications of filing a false one. So my question is; does filing a false Protection Order, also include immunity from prosecution? Is there any justice for anyone who has been the victim of a system remedy, which has been abused to the point where it has become weapon, rendering it ineffective? Its ironic that a system created to help victims, in turn makes victims. Was that the intended purpose, to deprive fathers of their children and create a plethora problems?

Now our friend wants us out to move another couple in because they are willing to pay more.what could we do bout at least getting a 30 day notice?

  • The father of my 18 month old son decided to break up with me recently and am very upset because of the breakup. Can he do that? can i file a protection order to help me "buy time"? can i be the first to contact the court so that i am able to stipulate the custody and parenting time terms?
  • I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?
