  • My landlord came to my house and served me a 24hr notice stating that there are an unusual amount of people coming to the premises at all hours of the night, that there are unauthorized people "living" in the home and he thinks there is use of marijuana on the premises.   • We own a ground floor condo. The condo above us is rented to some very noisy people, including loud repetitious boom-boom "music". Police have been here 4 times. What can we do?   • Hello, I recently moved out on Aug 26 2016 of a rental property managed by a property management company. On the 14th business day I was sent an estimated security deposit itemized list. When am I supposed to get the final one? Owner of house doing a complete remodel and could be months before she's done. Am I supposed to wait that long to hear back? Also, what is the lifetime of a carpet? Their trying to charge me for cleaning when carpet is 20 years old and we lived there for 5 years.
  • I have a 2 year old son and his father has not contacted me to see him in 5 months. Currently he is incarcerated and has not paid any money for the purge amount for the passed 2 months.
