  • My spouse has taken me off health insurance benefits and we are currently in the middle of the divorce process. It is my understanding that my spouse cannot do this until the divorce is final. Is there a way or a law that states my spouse must leave me on health insurance benefits until the divorce has been final?
  • Been divorced for 4 years now. We have 50/50 shared custody. My 14 year old daughter is refusing to go back to her dads as he mentally abuses her. I can not force her to go. Will I be in contempt of court if she doesn't not go back to her dads? She has been seeing her school counselor and she knows all the mental abuse she has been going through.   • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard.
