  • My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.
  • I recently had a class 6 undesignated felony reduced to a misdemeanor. It still shows up as a felony on a background check, who do i submit copies of the order reducing it to a misdemeanor in order to get it off my background?

But again i cant go home to . Basically she can just staywith free rent eating grapes with legs kicked up.
  • I filed for ch. 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged on June 2011. To this date I'm badly behind on my house payments, and my lender offers me a reduced monthly payment of $350. The problem is that my lender does not want to make any promises in writing and does not give me straight answers on what happens if I keep my end of the deal. I'm affraid my lender will simply foreclose when it may fit its interest, disregard of my needs. Also, it is wise to enter into any deals post bankruptcy if my debts are discharded already and thus, uncollectable? Thanks!

  • Can new manager file 24 hour immediate eviction for unpaid rent. I don't have proof rent paid.
  • I own a mobile home but rent the land it sits on (in a park). Monthly, the landlord sends a bill that includes a base rent, charges for electricity, water use, and sewer. It also includes a "rent tax." I'm unsure what this rent tax is and whethere he should be paying it or I should. There is also a "service charge" of $10 on the monthly electric portion, which I think is a reading fee (a man who lives here reads the meters). Are these last two charges legitimate?

DCSE told me to file it with my info and they would send the packet to the other party to be completed. A clerk of the court rep. said that I had to make some effort to serve the other party- or my modification would be thrown out. What is the actual answer to whether or not I can file with just my information, and the court will send off the packet or if I have to attempt to serve the other party?
