My neighbor is building a porch onto his house, of which his house is already close to the property line, and having the additional balcony he will be close to the fence. He said he'll have someone to come look at it so it is 'up to code' (he is aware it has to be so far away from the property line/fence). Is there any way we can get ahold of the inspection results? Or can we petition to have him stop building the porch? He will be so close to (and a good amount above) the fence, that they will see more of our yard than his own.

I was in a joint checking account with my 90 yr. old mother. She has no assets or income other than social security. She took out a $10,000 loan. I am not a joint account on this loan. She will need to default b/c she can no longer afford the payment. Will the bank come after me to pay the loan even though I did not co-sign on the loan? It is the same bank that I had a joint account with. it is the bank I do all my bank business with in conjunction with my husband?

I want to contest a parking ticket that I received in Prescott. The ticket is written to show I was issued this ticket after 10 minutes between marking and issuing in a 2 hour zone. I live in Phoenix and the cost to drive to court to have this ticket thrown out will be greater than the ticket. My ex-husband lives in Prescott, can he go to court to represent me in this matter?

Our lease states that a clothes washer and dryer are "furnished appliances." Knowing that they would be here is part of what made us decide to move here. We discussed it with our landlord before we moved in, and he said he would have take care of it. After two months, we still don't have a washer and dryer. When I brought it up to the landlord last week, he said he didn't remember the conversation, but if I wanted, he would buy a washer and dryer, and he would let us pay it off with our rent. I looked at the lease again, just to make sure I remembered correctly, and don't understand this.

In 07-09-2012 my home was foreclosed and sold. because of lost job and bad health, I could not make payments. I had a 80/20 loan. I have read info on the Anti- Deficiency (ARS 33-814). My question is do I owe on the 20 percent lone? I have not heard from that lender?
