My landlord has 3 apt rentals and I rent a spot for my 5th wheel. The s septic tank needed to be dug up and My trailer was moved. He hasn't finished the job and my trailer is not level and my large font porch is not put back together. The yard is still all dug up. Can he leave it like that?

Currently pregnant- father wanted nothing but an abortion. Time has passed and he wants a DNA test. If the child is his can I petition to terminate his rights? I have proof of him wanting an abortion. I do not want child support or nothing- solely for him to not be involved since that is what he decided since the beginning.

I have been in the rental house in AZ for more than 5 years. Now that I am leaving the landlord say's they are charging me late fee from past rent over the last five years. Can they do this even thoe they never said or mention rent was late and there was not late fee asked for. But in the lease it does say there is a late fee if rent is late but has never told me rent was ever late or ever ask for late fee's before me giving my notice to leave

I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

I am a landlord and I have already given my tenant a notice to vacate my property in 30 days. I had also asked her for permission to enter the property so that I can show it to the prospective renters. I had sent a letter regarding this 7 days in advance. To this her reply was that no matter what I cannot enter my own property. What are my options?

I a trying to get vet court for a drug abuse problem

My ex boss and I had a disagreement about a verification issue through email. She was very rude and disrespectful. The following morning my husband who is her current employee called me to tell me that she cc'd him in his email the conversation. Is this a privacy breech? Although, he is my husband, he is a current employee and I am not. This is second time this has happened. The first time with a different employee. Do I have any legal rights here?

I currently am renting a home. I allowed a woman and her 2 children to come stay a few weeks with me when she became homeless. She is not on the lease and does not receive mail here. She has become very violent towards me and my children so I want her to move. What can I do? When I called the police to escort her out he told me he'd arrest ME for trying to make her leave with her children. What can I do to get this woman out of my rental home who is violent?

I have resided in the same rental property for over a year. I was told I was renewed for another year. 3 months into the second year the landlord (owner/realtor) told me I have to buy the house or move. He wants twice what it is worth or I have to move. I know this is not legal as a tenant but does this also violate real estate laws? I would very much like to report him to proper authorities but to whom would I report such a thing?
