A friend of mine is about to lose his son. His ex wife is planning on taking his to her home country in Indonesia. He has gone about keeping his son here in the U.S. the legal way through the court of law. The judge is quick to grant her permission on taking their son back to Indonesia without even considering his loss. He fears for his child that is a U.S. citizen going back to a third world country. The judge seems to believe that its best for the child to go back with her. His ex wife has already told him she will be leaving in ten days and he will never see his son again.

My ex is pregnant and we have tried but cannot get along I have asked her to leave she will not. She does not work nor has she the entire time we have been together. We do not own any property or rent a apartment or home together. I have a travel trailler I just purchased and found a cheap yard to store it and live in temporarily only two weeks ago. We have tried well given a chance to say the least. I tried for the sake of new coming baby. Her violence and abuse threatening and destroying my property ruining my work equipment and vehicle. She has been arrested one time already for violence.

Two weeks ago I had a discussion with my landlord and his wife about being two weeks late on my rent and would need to pay it on the 14th of November. They were kind and said that would be fine and to come in around rent time to fill out a promissory note. During that time and now his (the landlord's) wife left him because he was very abusive. Now Sunday Nov 2nd I went in to fill out the contract to pay on the 14th and the landlord said he was evicting anyone who had anything to do with her. What can I do I am a single dad with no family in AZ.
