we were evicted from a trailer court recently but i own my trailer outright, paid for free and clear. Can the park take my trailer from me? Its too old to move and they say that if I sell it I have to sell it for a minimum of what is owed to them or they will evict the new owner. That doesnt seem right to me.

My friend went to look at a used vehicle that was for sale by owner. My friend on owner verbally agreed to an amount...although no cash was exchanged at the time, the owner partially filled out a Bill of Sale from the internet. The owenr later called and told my friend that he had sold the car to someone else for more money. Does my friend have a casee?

I worked for an AC company and during that time of my employment my AC needed service. They fixed it at a discount price and we agreed that I would make weekly payment until the balance is paid. Well I was terminated before being able to pay off the balance. My question is can they withhold that from my final paycheck? Also they're charging me for a price book that I dont have and some uniforms that were missing but I turned in whatever uniforms I had. Can they withhold that as well?

For the past 2 months, Apartments have been having hot water issues. Month of October had no hot water for 2 to 3 days and now in November about 4 days. Hot water has been off on the morning of 11/20/2019 and suppose to be back on afternoon of 11/21/2019. Wondering if there is recourse or a credit on my rent for the month. Pay 735 a month to live there.
