  • I live in a mobile home retirement community in Mesa. It was recently acquired my Cal-am. One of their new directives is that all window AC units have to be removed. I do not have central air and cant afford to install it. Being without AC in AZ is like not having heat in NYC. Can they really force me to remove my 2 AC units even though it gets to 120 degrees?

  • I have lived at the same complex for a few years. The property has changed hands and the staff also has changed. The current manager has been here over six months. I have never been charged late fees when I went past the grace period and I have some bank information to support that has occurred more than once. This month she stuck me with over $70 in late fees for the first time. I asked her why she is now penalizing me for the first time and she said she is tired of everyone walking all over her. I am under the impression that since she has not previously enforced the fees that she can't now?

  • What exactly is "AZ ST 25-403.08" (Resources & Fees). I am a father of 2 boys and am at the final trial which is ending April. I have pretty much run out of financial resources to oay for an attorney and I have inadequate knowledge of the procedures and rules of the court. I have only petitioned to modify custody because my ex was making threats to take the children away and later she petitions for an enforcement of the decree. AZ ST 25-403.08??
  • Bankruptcy was done 6/2010.My mortgage was included and at same time GMAC mortgage was going thru bankruptcy and Ocwen took over my payments which I continued to make. I was not aware that I was to reassume my loan nor advised by Ocwen or lawyer on this. Ocwen took payments and stopped reporting to credit bureau's.Tried Harp but was unable due to no show of a morgage.Struggling to pay 1400mo now.If let go can they report it with lack of show of mortgage.Can they be forced to report back paymt's.what options do I have before I'm forced out of home.Reach me at [email protected]
