QUESTIONS

  • Been in same mobile home park for 4 years, living in our travel trailer. We've always paid 1 yr. in advance to receive a substantial discount due to tiered pricing. In June, we're usually offered a pre-reservation discount, but must pay the future year in advance. We've usually declined due to lack of $$ in June, but agree we will be renewing when our rental agreement is up. This year they told us they had a prospective new tenant and if we didn't renew w/1 yr advance payment...we would lose our spot. Is this legal?
  • so i have been renting a mobile home for almost 3 years now my landlord had are septic pumped last year. and septic guy told him we need a new leach line and new tank. tree roots cracked it and roots growing in leach line and tank and not up to code. so he never fixed it and retired in oct. he said he would bring by new landlord so we can meet him and he would fix everything well we have never met him do not no how to get ahold of him. and septic was full again so i used rent to pay for it cant use heater i need help have 2 kids one is 4 other is year can my landlord get away with this??

  • I just got myself an appartment l for the first time in about 6 years and my 21 year old son who has a lot of problems in his life,well he became homeless AGAIN the day before [ got the keys to my new place. So I let him come stay with me with a verbal agreement between both of us with the understanding that he would follow my rules, not disrespect me, find a job immediately so he could save money and get out and into his own place. Well us been half a month and he isn't doing ant of those things i asked and i want him out. What do I have to do to get him to leave cause he won't? Please help..
  • We sold a home in Hereford AZ that is in an HOA. At closing we were charged $800 for a disclosure fee. The state statute allows a maximun of $400. We told the HOA this and they refused to let us close unless this was paid. The statute also states that the HOA could be fined up to a $1200 for this. Who can we complain to to get get this investigated?
  • I am being evicted from the RV park in which I live for false accusations. They are saying I have large amounts of traffic, loud noises, and having people living in my house that are not living there. None of this is true. My husband drives a taxi and will sometimes come home on his breaks after 10pm. They are saying that this is not permitted but as a resident should he not be allowed to come home for his break? We have no late night visitors and noone but my husband and I live in the home. What can I do to stop this eviction?

I get constant text messages every single day from him which I never reply to but once in awhile to ask him to stop texting me can I file a restraining order for this reason
