I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

A windstorm took out several sections of the roof and about 50 feet of the brick wall that surrounds the backyard of the house I'm renting. How long dose the landlord have to fix everything? If it rains I'm worried that there will be damage to my property in the house and with the fence down that my pets are going to get out or attacked by wild animals.

I was in a chapter 13 with my only debt being my mortgage. I found out Monday my house has been sold at auction. I never received any type of notifications that my chapter 13 had been dismissed,or any notifications that I was in foreclosure, as a matter of fact I had sent the mortgage co $4,000 the previous month. I believe the sale of my house was illegal since I was never notified..Is this true, if I am never given the opportunity to save my house which are required by law and can I do anything about it now that it's been sold?

I recently moved out and the landlord never gave me my deposit back. I left the home in good condition the only thing he wrote on the disposition report that the carpet was dirty. Ever since we moved in we told him the carpet needed to be replace because it was worn out and you could see previous stains he never did anything about it. Now he wants to subtract that from the deposit which i think is unfair. What can I do?
