I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?

I am a veteran I served my country with honor, and pride. I need information on how to acquire an audit from the V.A. debt management center. They have kept me in poverty over the last 30 years. If I still owe them anything shouldn't I be able to see what it is that I am still paying for. I would like to know where the funds they receive are being applied. My fixed income has been duned by the IRS to the tune of 20,000 dollars I was being duned by them and some how, I've managed to pay off the IRS, but the debt from the V.A. was just over 13,000for a foreclosed home. Please HELP.

I am a widow who remarried 5years ago in June of 2010 my spouse has not worked steadily for the past four years and not at all for the last three years. He moved into my home when we met and things started getting bad right after we got married I told him I wanted a divorce and he told me to go ahead and file, that he can stay living here in my house for 2 years after I file legally.  I do have a prenuptial agreement. Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?
