  • My dad died I inherited the house the title is in my name I've been trying to sell this house as I can't stay here due to my age being 51 a few days ago management verbally approve me approved me my boyfriend is 56 management said that I had to have him on the title in order to live here prior to this I had put an order protection against this man she won't allow me to find a roommate or another 55 year old source so she sent me an email saying I was to be evicted in 20 days if I was not out before that can she do this

  • Our divorce was granted 09/26/06. As part of the agreement, I was supposed to pay my husband $35,000 to buy him out of a rental house we co-own with my parents. He refuses to take the money and I am at a loss as to what to do. He now says he wants the house, but has done nothing to procure financing to buy out me and my parents. Do I go to court and petition them to enforce the court order or do I sue him for non-compliance? The property agreement was "not-merged" and I have been advised to sue. How do I do that?
  • My ex-girlfriend and I obviously separated and have not done any legal custody paperwork with our (she is the mother) two children (ages 3 and 1). The boys constantly stay at the house that I own and never go to their mothers. She only sees them at my house for the 40 hours that I work per week and that is it. Their addresses (including the mother's mail) all come to the house that I own. She has now grown upset and wants to take the children to some long distant relative in Colorado just because she is angry. I do have the 3 year old enrolled in a local Prescott Valley school as well.
