  • I was recently evicted out of my apartment and went to court for none payment for rent but we tried to pay the apartment the day before the court hearing and several other timer the rent but they wouldnt accept the money and they change my locks on my door and ive tried to get ahold of them and they wont answer the phones and me and my 11year old cannot get our things and they took the curtains down and everbody can see all my stuff how can i get it

  • The landlord was contacted regarding a mouse problem a few weeks ago. Prior to this, there had been no problems with the landlord. The landlord let an exterminator in to the apartment when no one was home with permission. After this, the landlord stated that the apartment was a health hazard because of clutter & cat small & it had to be fixed. Landlord contacted Housing assistance & complained. They said it had to be corrected. The apartment was cleaned, the majority of belongings were thrown away, & everything was tidy, still not good. 8 tenants when moved in, now 2. What recourse?
  • I have a tenant with a one year lease, the lease will expired in another 4 months, but the tenant has neglected to report damages cause by water leaks on the roof, and most of my ceilings are falling down, I have extensive damages due to the tenant not notifying of the water leaks, I will very much like to give her 30 days notice to leave the premises, it's going to cost me lots of money to make the repairs and since the leaks are being going on for so long my homeowners insurance wont paid for them, can I send a Unconditional Quit form to the tenant?   • Our landlord gave us 1.5 hours to complete the move in forms. Even though we asked for more time by leaving the form with us. She demanded that she had to be there to compete it with us but that she had an appointment and both parties were on a time frame. I want to know how much time Arizona gives a tenant for a move in form. Did we have the right to request more time and the right is she couldn't be there to complete it on our own?
  • I own a trailer but rent the space from the mobile park home. the main water meter broke and they charge me for the water that was flooding the of the rest space. Which I sent the money into them. Now they sent the money back to me. They are refusing to take that payment for my rent because the yard where they dug up to fix the parks water meter and there's some weeds in the front yard are they able to refuse to take my rent?
