We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.

lived in this park for 13 yrs.new managment trying to force everyone in the park with new lease and rules.if you dont sign the new lease, they dont accept your rent check.insane rules like no babysitting in the park,no washing your car(we pay for the water),no pets over 30 lbs,a pet fee and they must approve the pet, which are in my home that i own and dont even go outside.we are only allowed the number of cars that now fit in the carport which is only 18 to 20 ft long, they want to chage a 25 dollar fee for every notice they send out also.the list goes on.is this legal? how does grandfather work

When entering my apartment, does the landlord/mgr have to specify a date when they will enter or can they just say they will be in the week of, and come in anytime that week or month? I have a service dog and do not want anyone entering without my presence, but I cannot always be home 24/7 as they dont specify a date, which makes no sense to me as they could just say they are coming in sometime in 2018?? Please advise asap as they have not even given me a notice much less date and expect to come in within 3 days.
