QUESTIONS

  • My landlord is kicking us out of the house a month before our lease is up. During the time of our stay in this home, no repairs have been made after we notified them and the previous tennents possesions are still in the home. They have also refused to give us an copy of our original SIGNED lease and instead emailed us an changed copy that had our name typed out through a different person months later. Full access to the house was not given despite what was implied in the lease. They made unannounced visits and we have reasonable suspicion that they are leasing this home without a license.
  • I need to no if I can be Evicted cause I wrote letter to the Manager letting her no she over charged me for Rent for the mouth of July. I was placed her threw a Domestic vilioce Shelter n everything was explained to the Manager when I was brought here. She was told that I get paid every 2 weeks and that I work at ----. So we explained to her ( Manager ) that I will not be able to pay the Rent on the First of the Mo. She agreed with that and said she will work with me on the Rent. Now the Housing program Paid the Rent up for 3 mos. Now she is Evicteing me for being late on this Mo.

  • My daughter is 21 years old...she lives at Visconti on Camel back apartments. There is a very dangerous stalker who has keyed her car, poisoned her dog with break crumbs, harrassed her and other's. He walks around punching himself in face pointing at her. Cops have been called multiple times. She is scared and wants to break lease..only one month. Visconti says "no"... shouldn't they provide proper security? Somebody was murdered there two months ago also? Please help- I need her to leave.
