I am behind $8000.00 dollars on my mortgage. I know they will send a foreclosure notice soon. I have been struggling due to having a medical issue both my wife and myself (Heart Attack). I have lived in a residence in Arizona since 2007. The lease expired in 2009 and by agreement with the owner was allowed to live without a lease and rent free since then. The owner is now trying to get me to sign a new lease or "evict" me. My slum lord actually got a judgment against my husband for non payment of rent. The judge would not allow me to show any evidence at ALL in his courtroom I had pics, and receipts of my husband fixing the leaking roof after the SLUM LORD, told us he couldn't afford to fix, and said he would cancel this months rent. He took us to court for non payment and now we're evicted, no place to go and 3 children in school, and unable to get another home in time to move. What can be done, about more time, without having to pay the rent up until 30 days? What can buy a person some time?

In the city of Phoenix Arizona they are allowed to charge a 2% tax fee on rent. My apartment complex charges 2.3% on every single charge on the bill. My rent is $757 and I pay $17.41 for taxes just on my rent alone. My mailbox is on site but I have to drive 20 minutes and pay $40 to pick up my mailbox key! Even though it's onsite. It's not a P.O Box. They also charge a $21 fee to pay my rent online but they refuse to let us pay any other way than online. When asked if the 2.3% tax is included in property tax the employee agreed it was. Is this legal to keep charging all these fees w/ high tax?

My daughter has sexually assaulted a child. Is there a way I can give custody of her to the state for her to get help. I have already tried counseling and other options. Plus my girlfriend has moved out and refuses to let me see my son while I still have my daughter.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.
