  • I applied for birth certificate at hospital for my baby boy when he was born and I have not received it

  • I have been seoerated from my husband for the last 8 week. He told me to take my two boy age 6 & 8 and move to my sisters in Nevada. I have both boys in school here and have a new job . befor my paper were filed with the Nevada. He filed in AZ. I was served today with paper stating I must return the children to Flagstaff. I need to know what I can do to appeal this discision. My husband has anger issues he is bypolar and has very eratic behavior
  • My apartments use a "chiller system", and refuse to put on the air conditioner despite it reaching 80+ degrees inside the apartment. Aren't they required to provide air conditioner? As it is an essential service in AZ.

This person has threatened me and is obviously being punished by law, what can I do? What AZ statutes if any allow me to break my lease due to my situation?

  • My landlord has been retaliating on me because I filed a complaint with the city for them failing to remedy a bed bug issue. Now they are refusing to make repairs, harassing me at all hours of the day and night and threatening to evict me with unjustified causes.
