My hoa and I share a commom wall,the way I read the CC@R they are responsible for at least half the repair and 100% if by negligence. They have watered the wall instead of the landscaping and everywhere the water hit, the mortar has corrded. No that the wall is in need of repair they claim they are not responsible for the wall at all. What is the Arizona laws on common walls? and what recoarse do I have to get the wall repaired? There are at least 6 houses on my row that need repair.

What is the correct procedure for serving a 5 day notice to a tenant? Does it need to be served via certified mail or can it just be taped or put on the tenant's door? Thanks for answering.

I've been divorced since 2002 and in our Divorced Decree he will pay $650 per month on child support. My ex husband is in the military and has been stationed in Japan. When we got divorced he is only 2nd class in the Navy and now master chief. I never asked for increased of child support but is it possible to get my child support modify after all this year's of the amount he had been giving me?

I currently live in an apartment. The complex charges for the general water sewer and trash but they also charge for a trash service separate from the az trash fee and it is not optional according to the leasing office. Are they allowed to do this or would this type of service have to be considered and option for residents to want to do? Is it illegal to charge for 2 trash services?
