I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

How long does a landlord have to fix a broken air conditioner once they have written notice?

My son father has custody. he is always late for my visitation, bad mouths me in front of my son. My son keeps telling me he is scared of his dad and he hits and yells at him and he doesn't want to go back. I'm scared for his safety. I want to file an emergency order to keep him here in AZ instead of CA. What do I do?

My house was foreclosed on me without my knowledge. On January 4th a lawyers office put a package with my options to continue renting or to relocate. But I never received a letter or option to short sale, apply for HAMP, or notice of the sale. They obviously have my address, but no notice or options. Where can I find a way to get my house back? I found something online about the "right of redemption" and I'm completely upset and confused as to why I wasn't given any option or notification of sale. Please help. Any resources on "right of redemption" or a legal way to get them to stop?

I live in an eight unit cluster of small houses and duplexes. The property has been inundated by tenants with dogs. The problem is the increased noise level from almost constant barking. The property managers are making money off the presence of the dogs and flat-out don't care. I'm being harassed by my neighbor. She makes her dog bark at all hours of the day and night. My 25yr old daughter was with a guy she now has two kids with. He's had her arrested and put a order of protection on her for him and their daughter. She is going thru family court to get back her parenting rights. While this was going on she was pregnant with their 2nd child except he didn't know, now he knows and is requesting.a paternity test. Can he take this new baby away from her? How can she protect her new baby from him? I'm afraid he will take Jim from her and it will break her heart. She's a good mom & he's a good liar.
