my mother bought me a car and had the bill of sale and title made out to me. now that im moving shes saying i cant register and insure the car until i do good in her eyes. she put the title and bill of sale in her safe so i cant get it. Can she do that? What do i do t get it?

Can you file a motion for visitation without an attorney? My son was not married to his girlfriend they had a child they broke up and she has the child. She will not let my son see the child instead will take him to her parents and let him spend the weekend.

I had a baby in October 2016, the father and I both signed acknowledgment of paternitynand the birth certificate. We are not, nor have we ever, been married. I have my daughter full time, and we aren't doing anything about custody or in the court system. The only times he's seen his daughter is when I pick him up for visits that we've scheduled.. I recently received a job offer in another state, along with acceptance to a school for nursing. I have family there as well. My question is this- am I able to move with my child out of state? Would it be considered parental kidnapping?

I recently was Evicted from my apartment and locked out by the constable. Unfortunately I was unable to remove all of my belonging and was told I need to return make arrangements with the landlord to get the rest of my things. When I returned i was told that someone must have stolen my things. What do I do? I made a police report, But the property management told me they will not replace any of my things . I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I live in a rental apartment. The microwave oven door fell apart and when I called to have it repaired I was charged for the repairs which cost more than if I had replaced the oven. There are also fees that were added on for community amenities that were not listed in the lease, such as community electricity and common gas, and valet waste and waste management. ?Can the apartment complex charge me for these even though they are not listed in the lease?

I let a friend stay with me in my new apartment, however she isn't listed on the lease. She paid rent one month out of the three months I've been there and paid utilities for the second month only. Can I ask her to leave immediately since she isn't paying rent but gets mail to my resident, or do I have to give her a notice?

I was convicted State Jail Felony in Texas (POCS) in 1999 and was sentenced to 9months in a State Jail Facility in Dayton, TX. I have since lived a model lifestyle, drug free and employed.
