I live in an RV park where we own our park model. The owner of the park, without anything in writing, is saying “In order to sell any potential buyer must live in the park for 30 days first.” Is this legal? They are causing the sellers to lose buyers because of this unwritten rule. We’ve not been given prior notice or reason why they are doing this. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

My disabled mother and i moved into my girlfriends dads house with her. We (girlfriend and myself and mother) have no rental agreement but pay ontime every month. We also paid to have the house modified for my moms disability. I am not abusive, have never had the authorities called for anything. We had a disagreement now she is trying to evict us by March 1st. What can I do?

I own my mobile home but rent the lot. I almost got evicted last month because I was two months behind in rent. I paid in full. I am disabled and working for minimum wage at a job that only has part time hours and I am on food stamps. I was unable to pay my rent and I am still a month behind. I have been served to be evicted for the price of one months rent. Are they legally allowed to do this for being one month behind? I will be able to pay the rent on the 31st. A new company has taken over this low rent trailer park and harassing everyone. Can they fine us for weeds on property?

My family’s abuser (We’ve had an order of protection since October) has repeatedly contacted my father, threatening to call CPS on me. Tonight I saw him spying in a live stream video from my business instagram—it was not an account I knew, but definitely him. My bank account was also hacked into and I’m positive it was a move meant to send a message, as he used to control my finances and I thought this was the only card he never knew about. The court said call the police, the police say he’s allowed to do this. I’m scared and don’t know where to turn. Domestic advocacy places aren’t responding
