I am on a fixed income. we need to setup a will or trust. My wife is older than I and we want to have our wishes setup in legal order for our benefactors. We have grown children from previous marriages. Since AZ is a survivor right state, God forbid, if something were to happen to us both, we want legal docs in place for the kids to be governed by. How can we proceed in setting this legal process in motion?

My husband and I own our house and let my brother stay with us after he lost his place to live a few months ago. He does not pay rent or any bills. He drinks and gets verbally aggressive/abusive and we want him out. We have 6 kids of our own we dont want him around anymore. He has been getting mail at our house now. No lease or written agreement was ever made. I thought he'd be out by now. He says we cant throw him out. If he has no lease and we own the home, why cant we throw him out?

My uncle passed away and owned an RV and other property that he paid lot fees inside an RV park. He has lived there for many years. The RV Manager and Owner are refusing to allow payments to keep the lot reserved while we get court papers to become executor of his estate. They intend to "evict" for non-payment if we have not removed the property by the end of the month. They will not let us access to his property without court papers. Can they refuse to accept payment from us and what are they legally required to do with his property?

My husband was laid off work back in September and relocated to NM to start a business, which has proven successful. I will be seeking employment there as well, and gave notice to my current employer that my final day of work will be 12/4/09. I will be self-employed and working as a substitute teacher until I find a job in NM. How do I request a modification to my current support amount as I will experience a significant loss of income? How do you create a new parenting worksheet when you don't know how much your monthly income will be? What steps do I need to take to start this process?
