  • Rent $750 is due on 1st of the month. Tenant paid $100 on 7-6 & $400 on 7-8, promising to pay balance next day. 7-20 still no payment. issued written demand today. Do I have to wait to issue 5 day eviction after making written demand? What option do I have, if any?
