How does this minimum wage law pertain to commission base jobs, ie sales - car, furniture?

We have temporary guardianship of our granddaughter. Both her parents are drug abusers. We would like to have a more permanent type of guardianship or custody. Our concerns are how can we do this and how would our granddaughter keep her AHCCS? We have insurance through my husbands work, but our granddaughter would lose her mental health support if her AHCCS were to stop. What can we do to keep her safe and keep her mental health support?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have 2 siblings and a step sibling who are sole beneficiaries of a trust. My step dad passed almost a year ago. We have heard nothing about the status of the trust. All of his personal property has been sold and presumably those funds have been added to the trust. None of us are contesting the distribution of funds. How long should it generally take for us to hear when we may receive our inheritance and how can I follow up on the courts progress? When I purchased my trailer there were 4 trees on site. I rent the lot but own the trailer. there is nothing in the agreement that says those trees belong to me and it is my responsibility to remove. By law is it my responsibility?

My ex-husband just got arrested for an extreme DUI. We have gone through mediation in the past and he agreed to "conditional sole custody" but now disputes it. How would I go about getting sole custody with supervised visitation? Do I need to go through mediation again or do I go straight to a hearing?

I have filed to estsblish paternity. Both of us have taken the parenting classes. The other parent won't allow visitation. What is my next step. I was told the court would order mediation. Bit do I need to file the motion? There is an open case.
