I live in Maricopa County. I have 2 Grandsons living in Pima County to which I am being denied visitation by their Mother. My son has a current paternity case in Pima County. They were bever married. I would like to file for visitation. In which county should I file?

My husband who participated in illegal drugs once in a while before we got married had become an addict. We haven't been married a year. Domestic abuse has occurred numerous times with me too afraid to call on him. However, they are getting worse. His name is the one in the house and he threatens to kick me out. Would this be grounds for annulment?

I am plaintiff in a civil claim; lndlrd did not return sec deposit OR an itemized list of damages w/in 14 days; she claims over 8K in damages which I did not do.She claims she mailed the itemized list. I NEVER REC'D it; I filed in small claims; she ignored 4 attempts by the constable to be served. I motioned to serve, and constable served her. In her small claims answer she includes a letter w/ a date (w/in the 14 days), but it was apparently mailed by first class mail. I DID'T receive this. How do I ask to enter premises to see if item was replaced.I am in discovery process now. Thank you.

My husband & I are caring for my infant niece due to both her parents being in prison. We filed a "Petition by Non-Parent to Establish Legal Decision-Making in Loco Parentis A.R.S 25-41 (Case # DO201300119) in Cochise County and her monther was served on Feb 13 (she wasn't contesting it). I called the County clerk office to find out what my next step is and they told me they can't tell me what to do. I thought I had done what needed to be done and it would now go before a judge to be finaled? Please advise, we have to get this legalized for insurance purposes, etc. THANK YOU!

I am a teacher who took FMLA leave for surgery. My principal said that I am not allowed on campus to attend a meeting concerning my schedule. Is this true? He also said that if I request a meeting, they cannot meet with me because of the FMLA guidelines. Is that true? It all sounds fishy. Why wouldn't my staff be allowed to answer my emails under FMLA?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I receives a 7 day notice to pay my lot rent. I will pay it within the 7 days. However, I received a notice on a bright red paper taped to my door the past 2 days saying my account is deliquent and due immediately. Is it legal for them to do that after giving a 7 day notice in which the 7 days have not expired yet?
