I received an eviction notice stating people reported I am not picking up after my dog, but I always do. There is another person with the same dog as me, so it may be her. I asked for proof but they have none, just the person who reported it. What is my recourse?

I started divorce proceedings against my husband but now he is dying from liver failure and on hospice. Which is to my advantage, the divorce or remaining married, we are separated now. This is purely a debt issue because of medical and other outstanding bills of his.
