My son just rented an apartment in a nice complex. He was supposed to move in on a Monday, when roaches were found in the apartment. They sprayed right before he was to move in, but today, four days later, there are baby roaches everywhere. They are supposed to fumigate the complex on Friday, but he's concerned. Can he break the lease if the fumigation fails to get rid of the roaches? He's put out ranch traps all week, and the baby roaches are multiplying.

The judge said my husband could take his in Las Vegas cause he lives there. The judge said that he is not setting this case for anything until completion cert. are received by the court for both of us. How long does he have to prove completion so we can keep going forward

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right
