  • I was an approved tenant along with my boyfriend and son in my boyfriends moms 55+ mobile home. We didnt have a written agreement with her or lease but were paying her $600 a month. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation.She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted

  • We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely.   • I signed away my rights to my oldest daughter when she was 3, I don't know if I'm on the birth certificate. I didn't sign it, i was in basic training when she was born. I signed away my rights so her stepdad could adopt her. I came back in the picture when she was 12. I've had regular visitation with her for the last 3 years, but want my legal rights back. The mother and adoptive father will not fight me on it, they are supportive. What do I have to do to get started.? I can not afford an attorney.
  • My father passed away 10/22/13. He had a Revocable Family Trust, I was listed as a cotrustee. I was promised a copy of the trust several times but haven't seen it yet. If wife of 7 or 8 years is refusing to let me see it and says it will now be changed and if there's anything left when she passes we'll get then. Is she required by law to give me a copy of the trust now? Don't I have a right to see what the trust says on the day of my father's death? Please advise.
