At my current job I began outside, when my asthma began effecting me we moved inside to another position in a building where it did not make my asthma any better. Finally they moved me to a position where my health wasnt compromised, a month ago they gave me the option to go back to the two previous position that effected my health when I explained that my health was in jeopardy they kept insisting the same two positions stating they needed people their. Can I file a lawsuit for them forcing me into a threatening position?

I have a 2 year old son and his father has not contacted me to see him in 5 months. Currently he is incarcerated and has not paid any money for the purge amount for the passed 2 months. Am I able to file for child abandonment after 6 months if the father continues this behavior? If so, how do I go about filing for this?

My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.

If I'm being charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons, possession of illegally altered firearm. Being this is my first offense is there any way around a mandatory minimum prison sentence, and into a treatment instead? I don't feel that 5years flat at the very least would do me any good as opposed to a treatment program.

My daughter is turning 18 but won’t graduate high school till she’s 19. She has been alienated from me and refuses to spend any time with me. Stays with her mother. Can I emancipate her when she turns 18 and stop child support without waiting till she’s 29 and graduated high school.

I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?

A company called to offer me leads and services and I paid them with my card. They never sent any leads or services and my card is still delaying my refund. They stole $4650.00 I'm a senior citizen 73 years old and my husband is 81, he still works because we are broke. I lost my job and have health problems.What can do to get my money back? Thank you.
