If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. My landlord has fail to fix numerous things on the house I’m renting Some of those things are hazard not only to me but my 3 kids They wouldn’t fix the AC in Summer Tim when it was 110 outside and my house was 85-90 degrees inside they sent someone out and they told me that the ac needs to be replaced they never did it. There are black bees and the regular bees coming inside the house since I moved in They have no sprayed for bugs like they said. I Have tried to withhold rent for this or only pay half and they still don’t fix it.

Can my 1/2 of the deposit be withheld if I comply to my notice to vacate and leave before lease is up and my roommate stays aka “squats”. My baby's father has been in contempt of court "at least" 2 times. This last time the judge told him, "If you haven't made some kind of payment before the review hearing in 2 months...you will go to jail." Well he had not made any payments and the judge didn't do anything about it except give us another review hearing in 2 months. I don't understand why he is getting away with contempt of court and more than once. What can I do?

I am currently renting a home in Tucson that has a Swamp Cooler. The swamp cooler has not been keeping the house cool. The temperature reaches between 88-91 degrees inside even with many fans throughout house. The landlord has failed to offer any way of cooling down the house. If we want an AC unit in the windows we must pay for it. He has neglected to fix things because we pay "cheap rent for the neighborhood we're in." Is the landlord legally responsible for providing livable conditions such as accurate cooling?
