I have a neighbor that is taking my picture everyday because I turn around in front of their house to go down my street because it dead-ends so there's only one way out they have threatened me called me names and state their willing to lie about things and spend thousands of dollars to prove a point. They do not want me to turn around in front of their house but it is a city street. They have threatened me with a protection order stating that I am a threat to them. Can I file a protection order against them for the verbal abuse harassment and invasion of privacy when they take my picture daily

My husband quit claimed house to his brother before we were married but never had it recorded. Now he has quit claimed to me. Is this going to make me legally the owner with my husband or does it belong to his brother legally?

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? My ex would like to take our two children to CA during a school week. We have two conflicting documents. The Parenting Plan For: Joint Custody with Joint Custody Agreement states as follows: B. (Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. my landlord woulf not except my rent said cuz i was selling drugs. 1 week later he came and said i could stay but i have to pay another 550 plus the rent i told him it was sat. and banks are closed. he told me go tho the atm. i said i cant and on monday when i get home from work at 4 i wouyld bring it. monday morning he comes knocking i told him we agreed at 4. then he goes off saying he needed the money now. banks were not even open yet. i again told him we agreed at four. he started ranting and raving 2 days later i get evction papers.with my room mates name and not mine

I was arrested an charged with assault. It was all based on a lie that my ex-gf told the police. My lawyer proved the lie and the charges were dropped. I spent 4 days in jail, lost my job, and spent over $10000 in legal fees. PPD won't go back and charge her. She has little money, but I want some justice. I was thinking about small claims court since I can do that on my own. Does that court handle pain and suffering claims?
