I have been divorced for over three years. I have primary physical custody of my children but share legal custody with my ex. We live in two different cities. My son is autistic. Can we legally register my son to attend school in the Tempe district even though he is only at his father's home in Tempe 30% of the time? Or do we need to revise the physical custody agreement in order to legally enroll him?

My ex and I shared a storage unit in AZ for almost 3 years. After we broke up, he now lives in TN and I moved back to TX. I'd like to go to AZ to get a few of my things that are irreplaceable (family photos, records, diplomas, etc.) The storage unit said I no longer have access to the unit since he has removed me as an authorized user. Only he can access it or he hast to be present (he's abusive, i dont want him near me) What are my rights? Can an officer escort me to the unit? Is Public Storage that powerful as to withhold my things? Can i send public storage an affidavit to mail my things?

My landlord is kicking us out of the house a month before our lease is up. During the time of our stay in this home, no repairs have been made after we notified them and the previous tennents possesions are still in the home. They have also refused to give us an copy of our original SIGNED lease and instead emailed us an changed copy that had our name typed out through a different person months later. Full access to the house was not given despite what was implied in the lease. They made unannounced visits and we have reasonable suspicion that they are leasing this home without a license.
