I served in the USMC for 3 years mostly as a reservist. Due to my mental health disability i was discharged with an 'other than honourable' discharge. I am on SSDI for this disability and feel that because my disease was active during my duty I should be upgraded to a 'general health' discharge. I have meritorious commendation letters from my service before my discharge.

We own a mobile home in a park. We have a lady that wants to buy our mobile. She paid a fee to start the application process to be approved for lease in the park. She passed the criminal/credit portion but they needed a note from her doctor regarding a waiver for her service dogs being over 25 lbs. Her doctor signed the form and she took it into the office. Then they told her they were wrong and it had to be mailed to the doctor's office by the park. We are over two weeks waiting on an approval and they told us they don't know when they will have an answer. Is there a time limit on approval.

Is being dyslectic considered to be a form of disability that an employer can help with by providing standards to follow rather than every employee doing the same jobs but calling each process different at will. It’s very confusing to me being a dyslectic. This company is very adamant about not providing standards as not to hamper individual creativity. I believe there should be some sort of middle ground that will help me quite a bit. I’ve been trying to make some changes without revealing my disability but in doing so, it appears I am, and am considered not so smart. I’m not sure what I should do. I’m feeling the pressure of some that I not so good at what I do and that’s not true. My job title is a Structural Designer II
