  • i am renting a home in casa grande az, my question is prior to moving in to the home it was listed on our rental agreement to turn on utilities before keys to the home were issued. i turned on all utilities except putting sewer and trash in my name because i never have had to before in any rental i had. now my rental manager wants me to put the bill in my name and pay back payments due for a total of four months. can the company do that? and they want to tack the fee on my rent which already is 1150 a month.
  • I was evicted from my home that I own. Not the land. Was evicted because they said I had a unauthorized roommate and when I asked her to leave she called the police on me and said I pushed her. She is telling buyers she can refuse to let them move in if I don't pay for the months I was not even living there.

The lease was broken, accepted by the lessor. The lessor does not want to refund $3,900.00 security deposit. The exterior fence from driveway also was not self closing either and we have pictures of both. Did the lessor break the AZ law by entering into a legal contract and not have a Permitted, Inspected fence and self closing gate around the pool, Knowing an 18 month old be occupying the leased home?
  • I recently moved into a apartment on 3/9/2018, after being fully moved in by 430pm on 3/09/18. by 1230am i observed that the apt just leased to me less than 10hours ago was infested with bed bugs. i provided a written notification by email informing the management of my findings and ask for it be taken care of asap. owners refused to pay for a hotel while waiting for treatment. once treatment was finished it took another 3-4days to replaced the tile and shampoo the carpet. as of today i still have a bed bug problem.. what can i do about this. its clear the apt had this before i moved in. help!
  • How can I defend myself professionally on a Summons that was delivered to me?It states on there I have within 20 days to defend myself. And its states that i pay for the filing fee. Do I have to pay it?
