  • I have received a three day notice on the 6 of this month and on the 17 of this month. I tried to give my landlord the rent money, and I've tried calling her. She did not respond. So, I went down to the court house and I paid my rent there. What do I have to do I do next.
  • An attorney filed a patent for me and it has been rejected/ they are being investigated by USPTO for unethical conduct/ malpractice. I lost money plus the patent.   • My family just moved out of a rental house where we lived for 5 years. In the original lease, and verbally ever since then (even in March of this year) the landlord said we would not have to pay for the condition of the carpeting when we moved out because he was going to replace it. The carpet was not damaged, but needed deep cleaning. Now the landlord says we owe $400 over and above our security deposit. He lists $500 for carpet cleaning. Can he do this? What can we do? Thanks
  • in 2013 was bit by two bit bulls. filed a claim with there insurance company. 2009 home owner died. son was making home owners insurance payment. its been almost a year since i made this claim now im getting the run around saying they didn't know that the home owner was dead. do they still have to pay out on my claim? how long do they have to pay on the claim?
