  • my question is: reguarding "earnest deposits" and when they are not refundable/ also what does it mean when you have "first right of refusal to rent a specific property/,
  • I found out tenants are running a daycare on my property that I was not aware of and is not authorized. What are my rights? I was notified by a real estate agent.
  • My son passed away June 17, 2016, he was 32 years old. He had never married and had no children. His only asset is a checking account at our local credit union. He had no co owner on the account and did not set up a beneficary. We believe there is under $2000 in the account and would like to close it out and just donate the funds. Since he had no Will and we do not have the money to open probate, is there any other option for us?

"After you complete probation, come back and see me, and we will take this off your record". I called the court after completing probation. To do what was told to me by the judge. The court of Yavapai told me, " I have no idea as to what it is that we can do for you". Your convicted, is a conviction of law, there's nothing to do for you. Last year I mailed a request to have a say in this matter. I was given a court date. I could not make this date 4/28 . I received a letter saying to bad.

There were other workers at his place of employment who had, in the past, not shown up for work at all without even calling the employer and are still employed.   • My husband and I have been married for 9 months and I am 7 months pregnant. My husband has a daughter from a previous relationship. His parents (my in-laws) have stated they plan to file for grandparents rights. I know they have no rights over our son since we are married, however will they lump both kids together or not since they have two different mothers?   • My mortgage is with Bank I am behind on my payments and now they have started foreclosure proceedings. Bank states that in order to reinstate my mortgage I have to go through their foreclosure attorney and pay the unpaid back mortgage of $7298 and various other charges that have been incurred by the attorneys office of an additional $1525. Bank will not allow me to make a direct payment to them for just the past due mortgage amount, they insist that I need to go through their attorney and their fees. Is this my only option? I want to stay in the home. What can I do?
