  • There is a lady that I was doing a roof for and she came out side her house and blew up on me about getting things done and I have been getting them done. And I left to carry a trailer back to a metal shop and all my tools are at her house now she will not give me my tools back is this against the law?

  • One of my roommates (cotenants) moved out of our house. We still have 5 months of the lease left. The 2 of us left dont feel comfortable living with a stranger. The agreement we had originally was wed split the rent equally and all of the utilities. The roommate who left, still has possession of keys to house and her belongings there. What are my rights to get the rest of her rent paid?
  • Me, my son, & my girlfriend we’re self help evicted from a verbal month to month agreement. Landlord provided no paperwork prior & changed the locks the same evening.   • I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others.
