I have a question dealing with statute of limitations. I had cosmetic surgery in July 2017. Afterwards I had Ramsey Hunt Syndrome in my left ear. I have lost balance and dizziness problems due to the damage. I had tests performed by a doctor in fall of 2019 which diagnosed the extent of damage from this. Would the statute of limitations be from date of Ramsey Hunt diagnosis or could it be from the date the damage was measured and diagnosed by a doctor?

I was transferred from one complex to another my manager changed all the mail box locks and gave all units a new apt # I was not informed about the lock changes nor was I giving a new key so when I moved to the New complex I asked the manager to please get my mail out of the box I've been at my new unit for 2 months now and inportaint mail that was sent to old address mail was my to renew my monthly income that mail was sent back 2 times so my payment was stopped and can not be reissued for the month I lost now I can't pay my rent can she still evicted me

I live in a apt that included utilities for me as well as other temants i sighned a lease but mever got copy i asked several times. And just a week ago we were told verbally we will jave pay utilities our rents 550 a monthand aps wants$ 300 to turn off service on the 10th .i payed my rent andlights getting shut off Can my manager do this i need help

My wife and I moved into a rental home on 3/1/18 in Tucson, Arizona, and almost immediately my wife and I started having breathing problems when inside the house. We do not experience any of this when outside the house. Upon my inspection, I noticed black mold inside and out of the guest bathroom toilet. The management company sent their maintenance person who after getting clearance (1 week) they removed and replaced the toilet. The odor was abated for approximately 2 days and returned with the entire inside of the house smelling musty. It is more pungent in the laundry room and master bathroom. I have found mold in the master bathroom toilet on the inside. I went to the Management Company on 3/22/18 to advise them we continue to find mold in the house and my wife and myself are having breathing problems, mucus and headaches when we are in the home. We are having no issues when we are not inside the home and outside at work or living our active life style. and to see if they would look into this and was advised it was on me and I should hire a mold technician check it out. If mold is found then the Management company would move on it. Why would I have to have this expense, it’s not my house, we just moved in and I feel this is the landlords responsibility. Can you please advise if there is any action I might take that would not cost a large amount of money to get the management company to do their job and do due diligence on this issue. Also, if you know of any agency in Tucson that controls these types of issues between Tenants and their landlords/Management Companies please let me know. Thank you.

My dad passed away in 2009 and my step mother passed in 2014 as far as I can tell my fathers property has been in limbo with my step brother squatting in it? How do I find out if I have any right to my fathers property?

I have received a three day notice on the 6 of this month and on the 17 of this month. I tried to give my landlord the rent money, and I've tried calling her. She did not respond. So, I went down to the court house and I paid my rent there. What do I have to do I do next.
