If my child's father currently doesn't have a job or any source of income, am I still able to file child support against hi?

Dad lives in Tucson, Mom moved out of State. Dad has primary custody. Dad wants to take daughter to Sierra Vista for a couple of days, Mom objects, saying he needs her permission. It's about 65 mile drive. Does dad need her permission everytime he wants to take a short rode trip within AZ? Thanks in advance.

If when signing the plea the judge states "I will allow the felony to be set aside." After completing probation I was denied. The felony is Agg. Assault and I know that violent crimes are not eligible to be set aside. But I feel there should be accountability. What are the options?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? The landlord says water is included in the rent. I have a two bed room and he has decided to increase the rent because I am getting a roommate to afford the initial increase he has already made. I have a two bed room apartment and have lived alone for a year, one of the bedrooms are empty and he wants to raise the rent stating that having two people living in a two bed room means more water use. Do I have any rights here? I was paying $600.00, he raised the rent to $750.00 because he is the NEW owner and says it is necessary. Now he says he will raise it again.

I was told I had to pay a "holding deposit" of $600 & sign a lease for a property that I needed to rent but was unable to do a walk thru in because the existing tenants were still occupying the property. I was told I could cancel at any time prior to my move in date 8/5/13; I cancelled on 7/20/13 & am being told I will not get any of my deposit back. What can I do?
