  • Have a single wide at a park, power has been continuously cutting for the past two weeks due to a faulty breaker in park hook up (not in home), have notified park management 9 days ago and they have still not fixed it. Extreme temperatures outside are causing high temperatures inside, endangering my pets. What can I do to speed things along?
  • My boyfriend had a FTA warrant issued for his arrest for a charge of unlaw flight from law enf VEH and was in a motocycle accident this morning, critical. I have been trying all day to find out which location to check on health status. Im being told that he isnt listed due to being in custody. Im a wreck worrying if he made it or not, how can I get that information. and can he be bailed out if still at hospital?

  • Trying to sell my mobile home in private rv park, landlord has taken 6 weeks in process of qualifying new tenant. Requiring all sorts of paperwork and credit card statements for past 2 years, new tenant proved high credit rating and no criminal background, finally he said he was thru and withdrew application which made sale of my mobile home cancelled. Meantime I have turned down a few buyers waiting this unreasonable amount of time for approval of a good reasonable buyer. How long is lawful to make a buyer wait for approval into a mobile home park. I fear this will never end.
  • I purchased an ET center from a local store. I signed a paper that said no refunds and exchanges are per their approval. I asked them to place this furniture on hold for a least a month as our home was being rebuilt from a fire. Twelve days later I called them and advised I no longer wanted the furniture and they have refused to credit my credit card due to the paper I signed. Is this legal for them to say no refunds on furniture I never got?
  • In the dot com recession, my IT job disappeared. I had to refinance my home. My son signed the new mortgage because I needed his income to qualify. He's been at his new job 9 months makes $13 per hour. I've heard about Quit Claim deeds. Can he be removed?

The company will not return calls or emails and we are worried they will stop payment or close account before we can cash the check
