My boyfriends little brother is living with us and has been for a long time since their mom got deported. We now need proof of guardianship so he can get his driver license. How do we go about getting this?

A mobile home burned down on my land. The mobile home was owned and insured by someone else. I was letting this person keep their mobile home on my land at no coast. (No lease or written agreement).This person received a check from the insurance company and will not pay for the clean up. Is the insurance company by chance responsible for the clean up? Who is responsible for the clean up?

I'm a victim of fraud, conversion, assault and battery, mental, verbal, financial, and elderly abuse. The defendant is sue able. What kind of lawyer would take a case like this? My case doesn't qualify for legal aide, because, it is an Intentional Tort. Is it possible to sue the abuser without an attorney? Hiring a lawyer is not an option, because, I can't afford it. My abuser put me out of business and destroyed all my property. Who gives free legal advice? Do any attorneys specialize in Narcsisstic Personality Disorders?

I live in a mobilehome park for 18 yrs. l. Then I receive a letter by the park lawyer. On the letter states that my oldest daughter broke in my neighbors cars, in the carport and also broke in their mobilehome. This wasn't true at all their wasn't a police report and the manager never send me a letter about it. So I will like to know how I would make them take that off my file. Cause of you get three write ups they will force me to move out of the park and sell it.

I live in a apt complex and i am a section 8 tenant that pays zero rent and is required to pay only utilities.. therefore the apt complex charges the tenants a monthly water bill that is not included in the rent amt... is the mgr. here at apt complex allowed to charge a tentant late fees the same as in rental late fees .. for being late on paying t them for water bill ?? This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.

My ex-wife and I are having trouble agreeing on where our son can/should attend school. He is 9 years old and currently attends a private christian school, but wants to go to public school with his step-sisters and neighborhood friends in the fall. My ex is avoiding the discussion of our son changing schools. My ex and I have joint physical and legal custody. What steps do I need to take in order to address this issue with the courts?
