My landlord has given my work email and work phone number out to realtors so that they are contacting me not the landlord for showings of the house., on my work contact. The realtors are also asking for same day appointments etc because they do not realize that I am the tenant not the owner/landlord. Is this a violation of my privacy? I do not want these people to call me constantly at work. I didn’t even want them to know where I work, my schedule etc. I have kids at home when I’m at work and now I have to worry that the landlord is trying to come in when they are home alone even though he’s

I currently have joint custody of my children in which I have them 50% of the time. My ex-wife and I do not agree on which schools our children should attend, and our paperwork states that neither of us can make the final decision. An attorney had told me that if we have tried mediation with conciliation services (which we have tried), then the next step would be to file a motion for school determination. My question is: how do you go about doing that? I do not see forms that seem to pertain to this. Thanks!

I moved into a house 7 days ago and informed the landlord that the toilet was clogged, dryer didn’t work, shower broken, refrigerator broken and some other various things. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I have been buying dry ice. He said he is purchasing a new one today but won’t reimburse me for it. I paid a $1400 deposit and $1400 rent. What can I do. I have children living with me and no money to buy more food or coolers.
